Magna Polonia SA is a closed-end investment fund, which invests in new technologies, infrastructure expansion, intelligent installations and automation, as well as energy and increasing energy efficiency. It operates through the following segments: Investment and Related Activities, Collocation and Data Transmission, and Geographical Information System. The Investment and Related Activities segment deals with acquisition or taking up of shares in entities, acquisition of other securities as well as the exercise of rights and disposal of the acquired shares, stocks and securities. The Collocation and Data Transmission segments operate under Corponet Sp. z o.o. The Geographical Information System segment offers digital maps and integrating IT systems with map functionality. The company was founded on December 15, 1994 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
