Donna Riley

Ms. Donna Riley is a Director at Stanislaus County Employees' Retirement Association.
Prior to joining Stanislaus County, Ms. Riley has managed increasingly larger cash and investment portfolios in the private industry for over 25 years.
She has worked through both bust and boom, from the market crash in 1987 when the Dow fell 23% in one day, to the market euphoria of 2005.
Ms. Riley brings over 30 years of high profile investment and market knowledge.
In addition, her passion and willingness to work with others is balanced with a conviction to find and execute unique solutions to important investment challenges.
As an elected member of the Board of Retirement, she is responsible for representing the active/miscellaneous membership.
Ms. Riley graduated from San Francisco State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Analysis.
