Somnuk Jindasup is currently the Chairman of Solarta Co. Ltd., Director of Nam Ngum 2 Power Co., Ltd., Southeast Asia Energy Ltd., Hongsa Power Co., Ltd., Phu Fai Mining Co. Ltd., Ratch O&M Co., Ltd., and Oversea Green Energy Co. Ltd. He previously held positions such as Chairman of Ratchaburi Power Co. Ltd., President & Director of Tri Energy Co. Ltd., Director & Managing Director of RATCH-Australia Corp.
Ltd., Managing Director & Director of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Co., Ltd., Deputy Managing Director of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Co., Ltd., Director of Egat Diamond Service Co. Ltd. and Ratch-Lao Services Co. Ltd., and Senior Executive Vice President of Ratch Group Public Co. Ltd. He also worked as Chief-Plant Maintenance Department at The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
Mr. Jindasup graduated from the University of Chulalongkorn with a graduate degree and from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang with an undergraduate degree.
