Robert Jolliffe

Mr. Robert Jolliffe is Chief Investment Officer at Future Capital Partners Ltd. Robert joined Future Capital Partners in June 2011 as a Senior Consultant to take charge of the regulatory approval process for the Sanctuary Master Fund Limited, a Guernsey based structured credit fund that will lend to entertainment, social infrastructure and renewable energy companies with government backed revenue streams.
He rewrote Sanctuary’s main CISX listing documents, undertook detailed due diligence on its key transaction origination partners in the US and managed its application to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission for approval to operate as a Class B open ended investment company.
Future Capital Partners (FS) Limited was approved as the Fund’s Promoter in July 2011, and the Fund itself received preliminary regulatory approval from the GFSC shortly thereafter.
