Kyle Fitzgerald

Kyle is a Principal in H.I.G.
Capital’s New York office.
He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including originating and executing transactions, as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to execute post-closing growth and operational strategies.
He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G.
Capital portfolio companies.
Kyle has more than a decade of experience in private equity and M&A across a broad range of industries, including business services, consumer, logistics and chemicals.
Kyle also has operating experience as a prior member of the leadership team at Empire Today.
Prior to joining H.I.G.
Capital in 2014, Kyle worked for Wells Fargo Securities in the Investment Banking division, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.
Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
