During the period 1997 to 2003 he was a senior analyst in the Risk Arbitrage department within the Equity Proprietary Trading group at NatWest Securities, which subsequently became Nomura Securities International.
From August 2003 to June 2004, he was Managing Director/Head of Research for Risk Arbitrage/Event-Driven portfolio at Sandell Asset Management, a $7 Billion hedge fund.
He moved on to the position of Managing Director/Portfolio Manager, Risk Arbitrage/Event-Driven strategy, at Sagamore Hill Capital, a $3 Billion hedge fund from June 2004 to December 2005 before joining Tribeca.
Mr. Park received an MBA, Finance, from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in May, 1990, and a B.S, Chemical Engineering, from Columbia University School of Engineering in May, 1986.
