Heather Rim

Heather Rim is currently the Director at The Downtown Women's Center, a Member of Women’s Leadership Council, Arthur W.
Page Society, The Forum Group, The Seminar, and Organization of Women Executives.
She has previously worked as the Director at United Way of Greater Los Angeles and Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles County.
She was also the Vice President-Global Corporate Communications at Avery Dennison Corp.
and a Member-Governors Board at the University of Southern California.
From 2015 to 2020, she served as the Senior VP, Chief Marketing & Communication Officer at AECOM.
Ms. Rim holds a graduate degree from the University of Southern California and an undergraduate degree from Azusa Pacific University.
