Kroeger has been Senior Vice President of Operations for Cox Communications, Inc. (Delaware) since July 1999.
He joined Cox Communications in 1976 and was appointed as Vice President of Operations in October 1994.
Mr. Kroeger is a Member of the Tower Club and Cable Pioneers, as well as Member of the Executive Committee for The Cable Center.
He was appointed as Vice President and General Manager of Cox Cable Middle Georgia in 1990.
Mr. Kroeger was Chairman of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association Coalition Opposing Signal Theft Committee, Chairman of the Cable Television Association of Georgia, and Treasurer of the Southern Cable Television Association.
He received a BA degree from the University of Alabama and an MS degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado.
