Xu Cai

Xu Cai is currently the Chairman of the Wind Energy Research Centre at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
He is also serving as an Independent Director at Hainan Jinpan International Ltd. Dr. Cai completed his undergraduate degree at Southeast University and the University of China in 1998.
He further pursued his education at China University of Mining & Technology, where he obtained a graduate degree and a doctorate.
