Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at Vignette Corp.

He also served as the Chief Legal Officer at HYLA, Inc. and as a Principal at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP.
From 2015 to 2018, he worked as the Secretary, Senior VP & General Counsel at RMG Networks Holding Corp.
Additionally, he served as a Commissioned Officer at the US Department of the Navy.
Mr. Robinson completed his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a graduate degree from Berkeley Law University of California in 1994.
