Philippe Arbour

Phil joins Tresmares with 17 years of experience in private capital, equity investment and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining Tresmares, Phil was most recently a Managing Director in ICG’s senior debt platform.
Before that, Phil was a partner at Palamon Capital Partners, a European middle market private equity firm.
Before joining Palamon in 2013, Phil spent 10 years at Lloyds Banking Group where he worked in leveraged & acquisition finance.
Phil holds a degree in Business Administration from Bishop’s University in Canada, an MSc.
Finance & Investment from Durham University (UK), and is a CFA Charterholder.
Phil is also the Chairman of Fondation Arbour, a philanthropic foundation which provides scholarships to master’s and PhD students in the province of Quebec.
