Paul Morrison

Previously, Mr. Morrison worked for Mellon Ventures, the venture capital subsidiary of Mellon Financial Corporation.
At Mellon Ventures, he was head of the New York City office, head of the IT Infrastructure Practice Group, and a member of the Investment Committee.
While at Mellon, Mr. Morrison was responsible for a number of diverse investments spanning many industries.
In total, he has been a member of the board of directors for thirteen privately held companies.
Investments led by Mr. Morrison include Multex, a provider of investment research and information services to institutional investors; Entevo, a publisher of directory management software sold to Bindview Development, Paramount Cards, a publisher, wholesaler, and retailer of greeting cards; and Giftcertificates.com, a provider of sales incentives and promotional systems to corporations.
Mr. Morrison has also served on the advisory boards of several independent venture funds, including Boulder Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson Gotham Ventures, Rho Management, and Updata Venture Partners.
Prior to Mellon Ventures, Mr. Morrison founded Aardwulf Apparel Company, one of the first Internet based direct marketers of men's apparel, which he ran for three years.
Aardwulf also created and managed commerce enabled web sites and Internet based direct marketing programs for other companies.
Prior to Aardwulf, he worked in New York City for Finland-based SkopBank, where he provided debt financings for middle market buyouts for cable television, cellular telephone, medical device, and business services companies, and for Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), where he provided debt financing for middle market apparel companies.
Mr. Morrison holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
He serves as a director for Cerona Networks Corporation in Frederick, Maryland and Cerebit in Tampa, Florida.
