Katherine Kapnick

Katherine is a Vice President of the firm.
In her current role, Katherine is actively involved in the management and oversight of the investments in Compass Datacenters, Constellation Affiliated Partners and Grafine Partners.
Prior to joining RedBird, Katherine worked as COO and Co-Founder of Hill House Home, a direct-to-consumer home goods brand.
Katherine started her career as an analyst at L Catterton, a global private equity firm, where she evaluated leveraged buyout and minority investment opportunities within the Consumer sector.
Katherine received a B.A.
in English from the University of Virginia, with high honors.
She received an M.B.A.
from Yale School of Management.
