Jim M. Higgins

Mr. James M.
Higgins, CFA MBA, is a Director & Senior Research Analyst at Ticonderoga Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Ticonderoga Securities in June 2011, he was an analyst at Soleil Securities, and before that, he was Managing Director at Seabury Aviation & Aerospace, a global advisory and investment management group with particular expertise in aviation, commercial aerospace and cargo/logistics, from July 2008 to April 2010.
Previous to Seabury, he had twenty years of experience as an equity analyst on both the buy- and sell-sides with leading firms, including Solebury Research/Soleil Securities, Credit Suisse, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Brown Brothers Harriman, and the Bank of New York.
His work has focused on the transportation and aerospace & defense sectors.
In addition to his finance background, he was an architect, most recently with I.M.
Pei & Partners.
Mr. Higgins earned a BA magna cum laude and M.
Arch degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA from the Wharton School.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is Series 7-, 63-, 86- and 87- qualified.
He is also an NASD Registered Representative.
