Dermot James Joyce is currently the Chairman of EXM Insight Ltd., Chairman of Untap Software Ltd., Director of Ardvarna Investment Capital Ltd., and Director of Ardbid Ltd. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer & Director of Liberata Ltd., CEO of Liberata UK Ltd., Director of Capita Plc, Director-Commercial Development of Xansa Plc, Director of BDML Connect Ltd., Managing Director of Capita Insurance Services Ltd., and Chief Operating Officer of Serco Group Plc.
He also worked as a Consultant for Cavanagh Financial Management Ltd. Mr. Joyce holds an MBA from University College Dublin, a graduate degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Limerick.
