Barry C.
West is the founder and CEO of West Wing Advisory Services LLC, which was founded in 2019.
He is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland and the President of MicroTechnologies LLC since 2018.
Mr. West was an Independent Director at Route1, Inc. from 2019 to 2020.
He was also the CIO & Director-Information Technology at the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security.
He served as the Chief Information & Privacy Officer at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
from 2014 to 2015.
Mr. West was the Chief Information Officer at the US Department of Commerce (District of Columbia) and the National Weather Service.
He also held Principal positions at the US Census Bureau, US General Services Administration, National Technical Information Service, and US Air Force.
Mr. West was the President of Mason Harriman Group, Inc. and the Executive Vice President of Steampunk, Inc. He received his graduate degree from Central Michigan University and his undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University.
