Thomas Mallary Fitzpatrick

Thomas Mallary Fitzpatrick is the founder of Sharp & Fitzpatrick LLP, a law firm founded in 1987, where he currently holds the title of Managing Partner since 2011.
He is also the founder of Harper Laboratories LLC, a company he founded in 2005, where he currently serves as the Managing Director.
In addition to his founding positions, Mr. Fitzpatrick has held various former positions.
He served as the Non-Executive Chairman at Axcelis Technologies, Inc. He was also a Director at FreightCar America, Inc. from 2005 to 2013.
Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner at 2200 Ventures LLC from 1986 to 2004.
Mr. Fitzpatrick obtained his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his graduate degree from New York University.
