Sydbank A/S (Investment Management) (Sydbank-IM) is the investment management division of Sydbank A/S (CPH: SYDB), a full service bank headquartered in Aabenraa, Denmark. It was founded in 1970 through a merger of four local banks in Southern Jutland. Sydbank-IM caters to corporate clients and retail customers including private banks, corporate enterprises, financial institutions and institutions. The firm is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which incorporates ESG issues when selecting equities and corporate bonds for their various funds.

Jyske Invest Fund Management A/S (Jyske Invest) is an independent Danish asset management firm which was established in 1988. Formerly known as Jyske Invest Administration A/S, the firm is based in Silkeborg and manages mutual funds, hedge funds and fund of funds for institutions, pension funds, corporates and private individuals. Jyske Invest works in cooperation with Jyske Bank A/S especially for advice concerning the overall portfolio breakdown of all funds and specific fund investments; however, the firm is responsible for making the final investment decisions.
