Roberto Mastrigli

Roberto is an Operating Partner at Copley Equity with focus on portfolio investments in the Eastern Region.
He brings 20+ years of operating experience with an emphasis on sales, marketing, and operations.
Prior to Copley, Roberto was the CEO of Martha & Marley Spoon, a tech-enabled food service business where he was responsible for driving growth, managing the business, and building the organization.
Roberto also has significant hands-on operational advisory and implementation experience with AlixPartners where he spent ~10 years with a focus on driving value creation and operational improvements in Private Equity portfolio companies.
Before Alix, Roberto worked at McKinsey & Co. and prior to that he spent 5 years at Procter & Gamble.
Roberto has an MBA from MIT Sloan and an undergraduate degree from University of Bologna where he graduated magna cum laude.
