Joseph Schiff

Joe Schiff, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at ASI Capital and a licensed Colorado CPA. Mr. Schiff’s primary responsibility is oversight of financial operations for ASI.
He is responsible for all GAAP financial reporting as well as facilitation of the annual audit.
He plays an important role in financial modeling and deal analysis for all investment opportunities.
Mr. Schiff brings 25 years of capital formation and structuring experience to ASI Capital and has successfully raised over $200MM in debt and equity syndications over the years through a variety of capital structures.
Mr. Schiff was a practicing public accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers from 1986-1990 working in a variety of capacities including tax compliance, SEC compliance, MIS consulting, business planning, and emerging business practices.
He has been an innovative financial and operations professional for the past 25 years.
His experience has gained him great insight into the financial and operations strategies that make companies successful.
He specializes in the selection and development of management teams and strategic partners to formulate and execute profitable businesses.
Mr. Schiff has successfully launched, managed and sold two separate businesses totaling gross revenues of $150M.
He was founder/CFO for LTI Flexible Products (“LTI”) a Minnesota company.
LTI started in a garage in 1995 and rapidly grew to become the premier flexible products supplier worldwide.
LTI served many notable fortune 500 companies such as Yamaha, Deere & Co., Caterpillar and others.
LTI was sold to a private equity firm in 2006.
In addition, he was also the founder and CFO of Tri-Ex Composites (“TriEx”) a Georgia company.
Tri-Ex was a manufacturer of a proprietary, trilayered composite PVC railing, fence and deck profiles.
Tri-Ex also grew rapidly and was sold to a large, global building products company that rolled up the technology into its composite shingle and siding business.sity.
