Jose Ventura

Jose Ventura joined Tishman Speyer in 2012 and is responsible for shaping accounting, tax, and investment structures for the firm’s Brazilian development projects.
In his role, he also oversees?Brazil’s Debt Capital Markets group, managing relationships with Brazilian banking institutions.
Additionally, Jose supports the investment team on strategies of new acquisitions and sales.
He has over 25 years of experience in the tax and accounting field, having worked with such firms as PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, GE Capital, and Citigroup.
Most recently, Jose worked for GP Investments, where his role included managing regulatory reports and supporting the private equity business team.
He holds a BA in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a degree in accounting science from Universidade Paulista–UNIP and a post-graduate degree in corporate law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
