They provide capital for development and restructuration projects and deal with projects related to succession, delocalization of activities by industrial groups, MBOs, and shareholding restructuring. SES Iberia is an active, long-term investor. They work closely with their investment partners and portfolio firms' management teams. The firm assists in key decision-making related to value creation. They also contribute to the design and implementation of a viable strategy for the portfolio firm. They seek companies that lead their competition with clear business plans aligned with market development and are operated by credible and expert management teams. SES Iberia generally takes both minority and majority stakes. Their investment timeframe is flexible for each deal. They may invest up to a period of six years in a range of EUR 1 million to EUR 10 million.
