John Lee

John is a proven high-tech business operator with over a decade of experience negotiating and awarding major systems contracts with the public sector and has managed U.S.
government funds in excess of $3bn.
He serves on the board at multiple venture backed tech companies.
He was a founding member and board director at Improbable US, where he served as the Head of BD.
Prior to that, he worked as the Head of Contracts (USG) at Palantir where he aided in growing Palantir’s government deals from $80M to $400M/annum.
John also previously managed over $200M of the Navy's Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) budget and funded non-dilutive grants to disruptive dual-tech startups.
John also served as an MBA Adjunct Professor for six years.
He received his B.A in Economics from UMD, M.S.
in Supply Chain Management from UMGC, and FSP from USNWC in National Security and Strategic Studies
