Jim Stirbis

Mr. Stirbis came to Republic with over 6 years of experience in accounting.
He began his career with KPMG LLP auditing both public and privately held companies in mining, the supply and distribution of petroleum and gas products and oil production industries, in addition to financial services and manufacturing sectors.
After leaving KPMG LLP, Mr. Stirbis was the corporate controller of a publicly traded international mining company and was subsequently promoted to corporate secretary and treasurer where he was responsible for the accounting and finance operations.
Mr. Stirbis was instrumental in the business combination accounting with the merger of a mining company located in Mexico.
Mr. Stirbis holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
He is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of CPA’s.
