James P.
Magee is Senior Vice President-Fixed Income of TSX Group, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Shorcan Brokers Limited.
He is a Director of Hawthorn School for Girls and a Founding Board Member of The Canadian Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums.
Mr. Magee was a Director of RMJ Securities, Inc. and Exco Plc and Founding President of the Inter Dealer Broker Association in Canada.
He was a Member of the Executive Committee and Coach of the Toronto Beaches Minor Lacrosse Club and a Member of the Finance Council of his Parish, Corpus Christi.
Mr. Magee received an MBA from Queens University in 2002 and a Corporate Director certificate from the Rotman School of Management and the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2004.
