Mr. James S.
Lee is a Chief Executive Officer at HealWELL AI, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at First NZ Capital Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, from the early days of his career on FNZC’s trading desk, to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Jarden Securities in 2017.
He left Jarden Securities in 2023.
In previous roles as FNZC Head of Securities, Head of Institutional Equities and Head of Sales and Trading, he built strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients across Australasia.
He has been involved in all FNZC’s equity capital transactions for more than a decade, from IPOs to secondary sell downs, mixed ownership models and bespoke capital solutions.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Victoria.
