The firm created the EPRA Liquid 40 Index, which includes the 40 most liquid European real estate securities and maintains the geographic and property sector diversification of the broader EPRA European benchmark. Tuckerman also constructed a customized, liquid EPRA ex-UK Index, which allows investors to independently manage their exposure to the predominant country of the region. The firm offers a global liquid real estate securities index strategy. They created a customized liquid global index that meets minimal trading and liquidity requirements, but maintains the important diversification characteristics of the broader global real estate securities universe. Investors can independently allocate exposure to the six geographical regions that comprise the global real estate securities index.

Merestone Capital Managements investment objective is to achieve consistent and attractive, absolute returns in combination with lower-than-average volatility. The firm seeks to achieve this objective primarily through a strategy employing long and short positions in publicly-traded securities, including, but not limited to, equity securities, preferred stocks, corporate debt and government debt, convertible securities, warrants, stock purchase rights, depositary receipts, shares of ETFs and other types of investment companies and other related instruments of real estate companies. These real estate companies may include: REITs, REOCs, homebuilders, materials companies, hotel operators, mortgage finance companies, insurers, and closed-end investment companies, indexed mutual funds and ETFs that invest in real estate securities. Merestone may invest in real estate companies of any market-cap; however they do not anticipate investing more than 10% of clients' assets in securities that may be illiquid due to that security's low trading volume relative to the size of the portfolios holdings of that security. While the portfolios invest primarily in securities issued by real estate companies located in the US or whose securities are traded on a US securities exchange, the portfolios may strategically target international markets. In addition, portfolios may also invest in derivative instruments in lieu of investing directly in a security or instrument to seek to generate gains, or for hedging purposes.
