Dimitrios Koutras

Dimitrios Athanasios Koutras is currently the Chairman at Inscut Bucuresti SA since 2008 and the Chairman at Attiki Odos SA since 2006.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at European Goldfields Ltd. since 2004 and the President of Hellas Gold SA since 2003.
Additionally, he is a Member of the Greek Mineralurgist Association and the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Formerly, Mr. Koutras was the Chairman of Ellaktor SA in 2018, the Chairman of Aktor SA from 2012 to 2018, and the Chairman & President of Reds SA. He also served as the Vice Chairman of Intrakat SA of Technical & Energy Projects and the Chairman of Aktor Concessions SA. Prior to that, he was the Director-Geotechnical Works at Edok-Eter from 1968 to 1977.
Mr. Koutras obtained his undergraduate degree from the National Technical University of Athens in 1968.
