Toppino is the founder of Oak Pass Capital Management, Inc. founded in 2011, where he holds the title of President.
Currently, he is the Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of OPC Residential Properties Trust, Inc. since 2014, and the President & Chief Executive Officer of OPC Reit Management LLC.
He is also the President of Five Tops, Inc. since 2007.
In the past, he worked as a Director at Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. from 2003 to 2009, and as a Director at Secured Capital Japan Co. Ltd. He was also a Senior Managing Director, EVP & Principal at Eastdil Secured LLC, and a Director at STAM Europe SAS. Mr. Toppino received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
