Harper is the founder and the Managing Partner of 11North Partners, founded in 2024.
He is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Mission Bay R2G REIT LLC, Old Orchard R2G REIT LLC, T&C Crossing R2G REIT LLC, Coral Creek R2G REIT LLC, Crossroads R2G REIT LLC, RGMZ Venture REIT LLC, and RPT Realty, Inc. He is also a Director at Autism Speaks, Inc. and a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc., and the Young Presidents' Organization, Inc. Mr. Harper previously served as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Trustee of RPT Realty from 2018 to 2024.
He was also a Senior Vice President-Leasing at GGP, Inc. and the Chief Operating Officer of Rouse Properties, Inc. from 2015 to 2016.
Mr. Harper obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
