William Dace is a Vice President on Main Street's Lower Middle Market team and has been with the firm since 2022.
Mr. Dace supports our investment team with the evaluation of new investment opportunities and assists in investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of lower middle market companies.
Prior to Main Street, Mr. Dace was a Senior Associate at Energy Spectrum Capital.
Mr. Dace has also served as an Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners and Pearl Energy Investments.
Mr. Dace began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Global Natural Resources investment banking group.
Mr. Dace graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting and received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
