Bjørn Rune Gjelsten is the founder and current Chairman of Gjelsten Holding AS, which is founded in 2000.
He currently holds the position of Chairman in Sport 1 Gruppen AS, Brg Air AS, Zita Shipping Ltd., Fabritius Gruppen AS, Profier AS, Profier Gruppen AS, Pellestova Hotell AS, Stiftelsen Molde Fotball, Den Norske Prostatakreftstiftelsen, Gjelsten Invest II AS, Profier Eiendom AS, Villaksen I Målselvvassdraget, and is the owner of Gjelsten Drift.
He previously held the position of Chairman in Gjelsten Miljø AS, Director in Kid Interiør AS, NOAH AS, and Ultimovacs ASA, and Independent Director in Kid ASA. He graduated from The University of Colorado.
