Ben Barak

In addition to his role with Seraphim Management, LLC, Mr. Barak is President of Rosebay Capital Management, LLC, a hedge fund management company.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Tech Coast Angels, where he is also an active investor and mentor of startup companies.
He is a “well rounded” serial entrepreneur and businessman who has held several executive-level positions in startup companies/entities and has been the founder of five, including the leading group of directories for purchasing managers of electronic components, The Electronics Source Books, which were sold to Primedia in 1993, fast becoming some of the most profitable properties in Primedia’s history.
Mr. Barak holds a BSEE (cum laude) and a MSEE, from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and began his professional career as a microwave filters’ design engineer.
