Andrew Hamilton

Prior to joining WWC Capital Group, LLC in May 2005, Mr. Hamilton co-founded two private investment banks in the D.C.
metro area, Crosshill Financial Group and Farragut Capital Group.
During his 15 year tenure with those entities, he provided investment banking services ranging from private placement financings to mergers, acquisitions, strategic advisory services and the development of strategic partnerships.
He also has 14 years of sales and sales management experience in the data processing industry with a concentration in solutions selling into the telecommunications and system integration industry sectors.
Mr. Hamilton has a proven track record in assessing new technology solutions, advising on optimal sales, marketing distribution and financing strategies and assisting clients in successfully executing on those strategies.
While at Crosshill, he was responsible for that Firm’s private equity and M&A activity in the telecommunications and information technology industry sectors.
During his tenure, he raised over $350 million in 10 private equity transactions.
He provided M&A advisory services to his clients in transactions exceeding $1 billion in total value.
He advised 4 clients through their successful initial public offering (IPO) process and identified a number of strategic joint ventures that accelerated the revenue ramp-up (and subsequent enterprise value) for his client base.
Before joining WWC, he worked closely with the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority and CGI-AMS to establish the CGI-AMS East Coast Center of Excellence in Southwest Virginia.
The Center will provide 300 software development jobs for the Region.
Mr. Hamilton received his MBA from George Washington University and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
