Early in his career, he worked as a portfolio manager and economist for a number of financial institutions, including Sodarcan, National Bank of Canada and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
He holds a Master degree in Economics from the Université de Montréal, Mr. Sirard is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Corporate Director.
He is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec.
