Elaine O'Donnell is lid van de raad van bestuur van Studio Retail Group Plc, Merseyside Special Investment Fund Ltd. en On The Beach Group Plc. In het verleden was zij partner bij Ernst & Young LLP.

Prior to joining Wilson Bennett, Mr. O'Donnell was with Price Waterhouse which he joined in 1989 and after that held a series of senior accounting positions with Speedy Courier and George Washington University.
He started his investment management career as a senior analyst in 1998, rising to portfolio manager with Encore Capital Management.
He moved to Profunds Advisors in 2002, where he managed seven funds.
Most recently, he was the principal of Probitas Capital.
Mr. O'Donnell is a graduate of the Universityof Virginia with a BS in Commerce-Accounting.
He obtained his MS in Finance from GeorgeWashington University and holds both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Beth O'Donnell currently works as a Vice President-Finance at The Travel Team, Inc.

Mr. Tim O'Donnell is Founder at Jefferson Capital Partners Ltd.
He is on the Board of Directors at MicroMass Communications, Inc., VCG LLC, TechnoBrands, Inc., and The Hobart West Group, Inc. Prior to founding Jefferson Capital Group, Ltd.
in 1996, Mr. O'Donnell worked as an investment banker for PaineWebber in New York.
He was a First Vice President in charge of Leisure and Entertainment Corporate Finance at PaineWebber.
Mr. O'Donnell has B.A., J.D., and M.B.A.
degrees from the University of Virginia.
