Venkat Sharma

Mr. Sharma is the founder and CEO of iMedX, a provider of healthcare technology and services.
Mr. Sharma has worked in the information technology field, including systems design and development on various software operating systems.
He founded three companies, and has built up these firms, while going through the M&A and IPO process.
His previous company was Acorn Information Services, Inc. He ran Acorn for six years prior to merging it into Etinuum, which soon after went public.
Mr. Sharma holds an MS in Management from Clemson University and BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) from BITS in India.
He is a leading regional member of The IndUs Entrepreneurs (TiE) network.
