Schlader Senior Vice President, Construction Mr. Schlader is responsible for establishing construction budgets for capital expenditures and tenant build outs and provides on-sight project supervision for the various construction endeavors as well as oversight of major demolition projects.
In his 30 years of experience Mr. Schlader has supervised the construction of over one hundred buildings in the Chicagoland area.
Mr. Schlader received a degree in Architectural Drafting/Design and Engineering from Chicago Technical College in 1969, a degree in Real Estate Transactions from William Rainey Harper College in 1996 and a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997.
Currently, Mr. Schlader is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.Stephen L.
