Dennis is a Senior Managing Director at W.L.
Ross & Co. LLC, a Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Invesco Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., a Chairman & Co-Chief Executive Officer at Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., a Chairperson of the Board & Chief Executive Officer at Invesco Investment Advisers LLC and a Global Chief Executive Officer at Invesco Realty, Inc. He is responsible for the day-to-day strategy execution and management of Invesco Real Estate’s global real estate business.
Mr. Dennis has been with Invesco Real Estate, the real estate investment business of Invesco, for more than 32 years.
He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Real Estate since 2011, and appointed Global Head of Invesco Private Markets in August 2025 after having servied as Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Private Markets since 2019.
He has also served as Chair of the board of Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. ("INCREF") since December 2022.
Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Real Estate, he served as co-head of Invesco Real Estate’s North American group and head of its U.S.
acquisitions team from 1992 to 2008.
Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, he served in the investment banking group at Bankers Trust Company, where he was responsible for structuring equity and debt investments on behalf of Bankers Trust Company and its clients.
Additionally, he was with Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for investments on behalf of the company’s opportunity funds.
Mr. Dennis earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin.
