Ryan R. Hodgson

Ryan joined Salt Creek Capital in 2021.
He currently focuses on deal origination, transaction execution, and supporting the growth of existing portfolio companies.
Prior to Salt Creek, Ryan was a Partner at American Industrial Partners, a middle market private equity firm where he served in a variety of operational, transactional, and financial roles over his career of more than 20 years.
Before AIP, Ryan was employed by the Blackstone Group where he worked on advisory and private equity transactions.
Ryan graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School earning a BSE with Concentration in Finance, and he received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
