Ross Lukatsevich

Ross Lukatsevich is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Tanzin Capital LLC, a privately held investment group with private equity investments in media, technology and communications.
Tanzin Capital partners with experienced operating executives and entrepreneurs in identifying investment opportunities and creating shareholder value post investment.
Mr. Lukatsevich is also Senior Advisor to LetterOne Technology (http://www.letterone.com).
L1 Technology aims to invest US$2–3 billion in mid-to-late-stage technology growth opportunities.
It is targeting investments between US$100 and 500 million, and is looking for new strategic partnerships.
Currently, L1 Technology is focused on opportunities to invest in FinTech, mobile-enabled commerce, Internet of Things software and infrastructure, and HealthTech.
Prior to founding Tanzin Capital in 2013, Mr. Lukatsevich was a Partner and co-founder of Access Media LP, a media and communications focused private equity fund under the umbrella of Access Industries as well as Director of Access Industries.
Access Industries is a privately held, U.S.-based industrial group founded in 1986 by Len Blavatnik with long-term holdings worldwide.
At Access, Mr. Lukatsevich was responsible for private equity investments in media, technology, telecommunications, energy and chemicals.
He was involved in investments including Warner Music Group, Lyondell Basell, Acision, Perform Group among others.
Prior to joining Access in 2003, Mr. Lukatsevich was an executive with General Atlantic Partners, a leading private equity firm and at Morgan Stanley in the M&A department.
Ross graduated from Duke University with B.S degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a fellow of the Wexner Foundation Heritage Leadership Program and a member of Natan.
