De heer Richard M. Weil is Chief Executive Officer bij Henderson Global Investors Ltd., Janus Henderson Group Plc, Janus Capital Management LLC, Janus Henderson Investors Hong Kong Ltd., en First Trust Dynamic Europe Equity Income Fund.
