Richard Brok

Prior to joining Hunter Associates, inc., Mr. Brok served his clients for six years as a financial consultant for Bill Few Associates in Pittsburgh.
From 1986 to 1996, he worked with The Copeland Companies helping employees of non-profit organizations to plan for their retirement and long-term-care.
From 1980 to 1986, he managed the Planned Giving Program for the University of Pittsburgh.
Rich is the immediate Past President of the Pittsburgh Planned Giving Council and serves on the Board of Life’sWork of Western Pennsylvania, where he chairs the Development Committee.
He is a Trustee of Rodef Shalom Congregation and co-chairs the Investment Committee.
He is a past president of the Brotherhood of the Rodef Shalom Congregation remains active on their Board.
Mr. Brok serves as a philanthropic advisor to a number of individuals and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Brok graduated from Lafayette College in 1977 with a degree in English.
In 1980 he received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with a concentration in tax and estate planning.
He went on to earn an accounting certificate from Pitt in 1984.
The American College awarded Rich the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (C.A.P.) in July of 2004.
