Philip Caruso

Since joining Onex, Phil has worked on Onex Partners’ investment in Ryan LLC, Newport Healthcare, and Resource Environmental Solutions.
He is actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Phil serves Chairman of the Board of the non-profit organization No One Left Behind.
Prior to joining Onex, Phil served as a Legislative Fellow at the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and as a Teaching Fellow in Economics at Harvard.
Phil has also served for fourteen years in the U.S.
Air Force and continues to serve as a reserve Deputy Military Advisor at the U.S.
Mission to the United Nations.
Phil holds a J.D.
(cum laude) from Harvard Law School, an M.B.A.
(with Distinction) from Harvard Business School, and a B.S.
in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University.
He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
