In this capacity, he advised on a broad array of transactions, including equity and debt offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalizations and restructurings.
Mr. Brous currently serves as a Board Member for several private companies, including Nexstar Financial, Voyager Expanded Learning and Active International.
Mr. Brous received a B.A.
in Economics from Tufts University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
He received a J.D.
from Harvard Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude.
