Nick Kapur

Priot to joining Pequot Ventures in 2004, Mr. Kapur worked as an associate for Platinum Equity L.L.C., a private equity firm focused on acquiring software and services companies, where he worked both in the Los Angeles-based Business Development Group focused on deal sourcing and research, and in the New York-based Corporate Strategy group where he spent time cultivating relationships with the investment banking and Fortune 500 communities.
Prior to Platinum Equity L.L.C., he was an analyst with the Zanett Group, a boutique merchant bank and private equity firm specializing in direct investments and acquisitions, where he focused on the IT services sector.
Mr. Kapur graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a B.B.A.
