Martinson Marty

As a Senior Advisor, Marty Martinson assists in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-investment value-added oversight to BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies.
Marty was the CFO of Heniff Transportation, a former BBHCP portfolio company, where he raised capital to fund the company’s rapid growth and helped develop the infrastructure to execute and manage the company’s acquisition strategy.
He has over 35 years of experience in planning and implementing fundamental changes in business strategies, organizational structures, operating plans, and technology deployments to accelerate growth and value creation for entrepreneurial companies.
Marty was previously the CFO of Guggenheim Partners and, prior to that, was a Partner at Accenture where he focused on corporate development and business process outsourcing.
He began his career at Citibank where he was a Vice President involved in its asset securitization and commercial banking businesses.Marty received a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
