Martin Reidy

Martin Reidy is an Executive Partner with Hidden Harbor Capital Partners; working with the group to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
His primary focus is in the digital marketing services and media space; offering both operating and financial advice throughout the deal and integration processes.
Martin has significant experience as both an operator and a strategic advisor to leading Fortune 500 companies and private equity groups.
He started his career at Bain & Company (a leading strategy consulting firm); rising to the level of partner.
He later moved onto EMI Music/Capitol Records as Senior Vice President; overseeing Global Strategy & Acquisitions.
For the past 25 years, Martin has distinguished himself as a digital marketing industry veteran; leading various interactive businesses in the role of CEO.
Most recently, he ran Ansira (a major digital marketing agency) along with KRG Capital Partners; successfully increasing profitability and selling the business to another investment group.
In addition to Ansira, Martin served as CEO for other award-winning interactive companies, including Publicis/Digitas/Modem and R/GA. Martin received his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (graduating Beta Gamma Sigma (Highest Honors)) and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley, School of Business.
