Jingde Chen

Jingde Chen is Vice President of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Ltd. He was Managing Director of Department One and Managing Director of COSCO France, Vice President of COSCO Europe GmbH, Deputy Managing Director of COSCON and President of COSCON Europe.
He was appointed as Managing Director of COSCO (H.K.) Industry and Trade Holdings Ltd. and COSCO Network Ltd. in 2007.
Mr. Chen received a degree from Shanghai Maritime University in 1975 and a Master's degree in 2001 from Hong Kong University.
