She has a track record of accelerating progress in product quality, team development, and organizational functionality.
Jessica began her career in 2007 at Lustre, an open-source parallel file system.
Over the course of 10 years, she played a pivotal role in collaborating with executives to devise important strategies, establish essential operations, and secure large government contracts.
Her accomplishments culminated in leading global teams across three continents to fulfill contractual obligations.
Following her time at Lustre, Jessica joined SendGrid as the senior director of engineering.
Following Twilio’s acquisition of SendGrid, she rose to the position of VP of Engineering at Twilio, where she spearheaded improvements for Flex, their flagship CCaaS product.
In 2021 Jessica joined Ada as their chief technology officer.
At Ada, a chatbot platform that makes AI accessible to non-technical support teams, she scaled growth across teams, talent, business functions, and product quality.
Jessica holds a master's degree in decision sciences and a BBA with a concentration in information systems.
She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Apart from her professional engagements, Jessica is an active board member of the HDF Group, a non-profit ensuring equal access to science and engineering data.
